Apr. 18--Lawmakers studying the role of the State Corporation Commission agreed yesterday with a regulatory consultant that the General Assembly and commission need to talk more.
The consultant's recommendation was based mainly on complaints from energy companies critical of the SCC's role in electric industry deregulation.
A cordial relationship between the legislature and the SCC might produce better work at the commission, said Sen. Thomas K.
