Jun. 7--Centralia officials want to build roads and extend sewer lines to help a local company realize its goal of quadrupling in size, but the price is just too high.
Enter the Mid-Missouri Regional Planning Commission. Though the group is better known for transportation planning, it also exists to help member communities win grants to finance important projects.
