Jun. 8--In its latest and biggest deal, Navigant International Inc. will buy rival SatoTravel for $45 million to create the nation's No. 2 provider of travel services, the companies said Thursday.
The cash-and-stock acquisition combines Arapahoe County-based Navigant's customer base of midsize companies with Sato's clientele of government organizations and large companies, officials and analysts said.
