Jul. 23--Buffalo Niagara home sale prices hit an all-time high in June.

The average price of a home sold last month was $105,180, beating the previous record of $104,870 set in December 1994, according to the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors. The news comes on the heels of May, when the average home sale price was at a seven-year high.

"This builds equity for people," said A. Bruce Wilson, the association's executive director. "Whether they want to sell or not."

As in May, sales of three- and four-bedroom homes are driving prices higher and setting new records. The average sale price of a four-bedroom home …
