Aug. 4--The Securities and Exchange Commission said yesterday that it had filed additional criminal complaints against seven executives of the Brinton Group for fraud and offering securities services without a licence.
The executives are John Martin Kealey, Ronan Joseph Murray, Paul Mary Hickey, Scott Campbell Fisher, Jason Garrick Rich, Adrian Robert Wallls and Steven Hooper.
On July 26, the SEC and police raided the offices of two "boiler-room" operations, including the Brinton Group, for illegally operating securities services without a licence.
