Jul. 30--Bangkok Bank said that, as part of the debt restructuring of Thai Durable Textile Co, it had accepted 18.9m common shares (10 percent ). As well, as part of the debt restructuring of Felix Hotel Group, it accepted 10m common shares (10 percent ) in Paitoon Hotel and Resort Co, worth about 2.5m bt. As part of the debt restructuring of High Pressure Steel Pipe Industry Plc, the bank accepted 95,600 common shares (19 percent ), worth 956,000 bt.

-- Ekachart Finance said that on July 26, it sold 12 condominium units in Ban Nonthree to Plan Estate Co in a connected transaction for 29.6m bt, against the value of the assets worth 15.3m bt.

-- EMC Power Co, plan administrator of EMC Plc, said that the company on July 25 completed the registration of a capital decrease to 75m bt from 300m bt. On July 26, it completed the registration of a capital increase to 678m bt from 75m bt.

-- Far East Engineering said that on June 18, its creditors nominated Thammaniti & Truth Co as its rehabilitation planner, which nominated Sukhato Poummalee and Damri Aimmanoj as planners. The bankruptcy court approved their appointment on July 18.

-- Maharaj Planner Co, planner of Nakornthai Strip Mill, said the Central Bankruptcy Court had postponed a hearing on the company's rehabilitation plan from July 25 to Aug 22.

Unational Finance said holders of its convertible preferred shares could exercise rights on Aug 15, submission period from Aug 9-15.
