Aug. 22--ARLINGTON, Texas--Siemens, a global electronics giant, has reorganized its Arlington division, which produces automated mail sorting and handling systems, and appointed a new chief executive.
Heribert Stumpf, a veteran of 19 years with various Siemens divisions, recently took over as president and chief executive officer of the Arlington unit, now known as Siemens Dematic Postal Automation.
