WebSideStory lowers price range
Internet analytics firm WebSideStory Inc. on Wednesday lowered the price range for its initial public offering to $8 to $9 a share from $10 to $12, according to a regulatory filing. The San Diego-based company will still sell 5 million shares in the offering. Friedman Billings Ramsey, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair & Co. and Roth Capital Partners are underwriters. The timing of the offering has not been disclosed. WebSideStory has applied for a Nasdaq listing under the ticker symbol "WSSI."
