Aug. 27--Finding a job is the most pressing concern for many recent college graduates and if speed is any measure of success, Dorothy Brandt had many of her peers beat.
In the fall of her senior year at Villanova University, Brandt already had a start date for a permanent job at a Philadelphia accounting firm.
Although the 22-year-old Exeter Township native briefly considered a year of volunteer service, Brandt instead chose to dive into the world of paid work.
Instead of grade point averages and term papers, she is concerned about things like 401(k)s, health benefits and investment plans.
