Oct. 4--ADVANCED INFO SERVICE said it had completed the legal process required for changing its par value to 1 bt from 10 bt. The change will take effect on Oct 8.

-- ASIA CREDIT said that, following cancellation of 12,321 buy-back units of euro-convertible debentures by Citibank of New York, its registrar, outstanding ECDs amounted to 32,265 units.

-- DBS THAI DANU BANK said no holders of its warrants No. 1 exercised rights on Sept 28.

-- EMC said its new shares would start trading tomorrow after completion of capital-increase procedures.

-- SEAMICO SECURITIES said no holders of its ZMICO-W1 and ZMICO-W2 warrants exercised rights from Sept 24-28. As a result, the number of warrants I remained at 8.3m units and warrants II at 9.8m. As well, no holders of its 1.7m Employee Stock Option Programme warrants exercised conversion rights.

-- SUPALAI said it had reached debt-restructuring agreements with all eight creditors for debts totalling 1.1bn bt plus accrued interest of 623m bt, in line with the plan approved by CDRAC in January last year. It repaid 290m bt on Oct 2, issued zero-coupon bonds worth 139m bt on Oct 3, along with convertible debentures worth 81.5m bt, which would subsequently be converted into 3.9m common shares at 20.95 bt per share.
