Oct. 4--ADVANCED INFO SERVICE said it had completed the legal process required for changing its par value to 1 bt from 10 bt. The change will take effect on Oct 8.

-- SUPALAI said it had reached debt-restructuring agreements with all eight creditors for debts totalling 1.1bn bt plus accrued interest of 623m bt, in line with the plan approved by CDRAC in January last year. It repaid 290m bt on Oct 2, issued zero-coupon bonds worth 139m bt on Oct 3, along with convertible debentures worth 81.5m bt, which would subsequently be converted into 3.9m common shares at 20.95 bt per share.
