Washington University in St. Louis to Start MBA Program in China.

Oct. 6--Washington University's Olin School of Business plans to launch an executive MBA program in China next spring.

The initiative, a joint venture with Fudan University in Shanghai, was announced Friday by Charles F. Knight, retired chief executive of Emerson and chairman of the business school's advisory board.

He said Olin would be the only U.S. business school using its core faculty to deliver courses in China. About 20 Washington U. faculty will be involved, and each class will be team-taught by Washington University and Fudan faculty, said Stuart I. Greenbaum, dean of the Olin School.
