Nov. 6--Finding quality child care is something most working parents struggle with at some point in their careers, but it can be an insurmountable hurdle for those whose work days don't fall within the traditional 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. boundaries.

Extended-hour child care is a rare service in Western New York, as it is in most areas of the country, forcing parents to make difficult decisions about their choices of jobs and with whom they'll leave their kids.
