Buffalo, N.Y., Advertising Agency to Relocate to Downtown Tower.

Nov. 2--Eric Mower & Associates, one of the area's largest advertising agencies, will relocate to the Key Center in downtown Buffalo by late February.

EMA, which employs more than 50 staffers at 360 Delaware Ave., has been searching for larger quarters for more than a year. After considering a number of city and suburban buildings, the agency will take the entire 10th floor of Key Center's north tower.

Doug Bean, managing partner of EMA's Buffalo office, said the Key Center provided solutions to all the firm's efficiency and productivity needs, while also maintaining the agency's downtown presence.
