Nov. 19--Most bosses have said or done something during their tenure that their employees might consider rude or demeaning -- a sharp remark during a meeting or criticism about a project that got a little too personal.

But what if your superior's bad behavior was a way of office life? How would you deal with a boss who was simply a bully?
