PHILADELPHIA _ Perhaps some day in the very near future, the 76ers will be able to explain the inexplicable.

They will find a way to figure out how the Washington Wizards took control of a professional basketball game in the third quarter. How a 38-year-old by the name of Michael Jordan looked Jordanesque with relative ease, with barely one teammate helping him. If they are lucky, the Sixers will be able to use Wednesday night as incentive. It will take at least three days of suffering.
