Dec. 14--Centennial Airport's executive director on Thursday urged the facility's commissioners to rescind their ban on scheduled airline service and once again make the airport eligible for federal funding.
Centennial appears to have exhausted all legal avenues to block scheduled service and still remain eligible for millions in federal funding, said Robert Olislagers, director of the Arapahoe County airport.
The airport should tell the Federal Aviation Administration it will allow any airline to schedule service with planes holding up to nine seats to comply with federal rules and receive federal money, he said.
