SAN FRANCISCO_The 49ers lost a defensive end due to injury Saturday, but at least they got one back healthy just in time to replace him.

Chike Okeafor suffered a broken leg, fracturing his right fibula, in the first quarter of the 49ers' 13-3 win over the Philadelphia Eagles at 3Com Park. John Engelberger came on to replace Okeafor, and made his presence felt with a sack and a forced fumble, all on the same play.
