Feb. 1--Syngenta Crop Protection Ltd, formed in a merger between two multinational agribusiness giants, aims to create better crop-protection solutions to help Thai farmers improve quality and yields.
The company expected 3 percent growth from the two billion baht in revenue generated from crop protection last year, according to managing director Khoo Chin Kok.
The growth rate, while low, was in line with that of the agricultural sector, company directors said.
