Feb. 5--To turn Ko Chang into a popular ecotourism destination, no more tourism-related investment should be allowed until the island's master plan is completed, a group of industry experts suggests.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) recently appointed a task force from the Pacific Asia Travel Association (Pata), including academics and international industry experts, to recommend strategic marketing outlines for the island in Trat province.
