Feb. 5--Soybean milk blended with brown rice milk is a new product being made by a Thai businessman and a Taiwanese partner in Tak.
Somboon Soybean Milk Factory occupies 20 rai in Tambon Yan Ri in the northern province and is surrounded by rice fields, soybean and red bean plantations.
The factory will buy its raw materials from about 5,000 local farms.
Somboon Sunkkam, the company's president, said he worked in a soybean milk factory in Bangkok about eight years ago.
