Feb. 4--Tourists with green fingers now have the chance to learn the techniques and tips in growing produce ranging from macadamia nuts to peaches and pears and how hilltribe people pick tea leaves.
The Highland Agriculture Experiment Station at Doi Mae Chon Luang, about two-and-a-half hours' drive from the city of Chiang Mai, is one of 14 Agriculture Department centres that have opened their gates to tourists.
