Feb. 26--MANSFIELD, Texas--SELF-STORAGE COMPLEX PLANNED ON MATLOCK: A self-storage complex is planned at the northwest corner of Country Club Drive and Matlock Road.
Brad Young of MDK Development will develop the facility on a 3.3-acre tract that wraps around an existing Mobil location.
A Midlothian investment group, Mansfield CC, bought the land from an individual investor, said Mark Sullivan of Ritter and Associates Real Estate, who represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Sclafani Investments.
