Mar. 6--The Thaksin government is seeking to aggressively expand bilateral trade arrangements with major partners such as the United States, India and South Korea, while at the same time developing new markets.
But it lacks sufficient negotiators to handle complex trade talks, according to specialists in the international trade arena.
