Mar. 5--Amata Corporation Plc, one of Thailand's largest local industrial estate developers, is projecting sales growth of 20 percent to 30 percent this year.
"We've survived the hard times we encountered three years ago because of the country's economic crisis," said Piak Samohsamarn, a company director.
Amata operates two local industrial estates -- Amata Nakorn in Chon Buri (formerly known as Bang Pakong Industrial Park 2) and Amata City in Rayong.
The company sold a total of 524 rai in the two industrial estates last year, a rise from 392 rai in 2000.
