Mar. 5--Listed developer Supalai Plc expects to clear accumulated losses of 1.3 billion baht this year and post an operating profit, the first after the 1997 crisis, based on stronger sales of housing and condominium units.
The company is projecting sales revenue of 1.8 billion baht this year, 50 percent more than last year.
The main contributor to net profit this year would be sales of units in eight housing estates and two condominiums, said Achara Tangmatitham, Supalai's vice-president.
