Quality Houses Forecasts 50 Percent Sales Jump in Thailand.

Mar. 1--Quality Houses Plc projects its house sales would exceed 3.3 billion baht this year, a 50 percent jump from 2001, with improving cash-flow after a transfer of two buildings to a property fund.
The company would develop two to four new detached house projects in Bangkok's suburbs this year, adding to a total of eight estates now under development, said chief executive Rutt Phanijphand.
A one-billion-baht budget has been set aside to buy new land plots. The first two housing estates to begin sales, beginning in the second quarter, are located on Thon Buri-Pak Tho Road and in Soi Phetkasem 69.
