Marketing Expands for Thailand Bank Affiliate.
Mar. 1--Krung Thai Asset Management, an affiliate of Krung Thai Bank, will join with Bangkok Metropolitan Bank to promote fund management products among state enterprise employees and independent professionals.
KTAM chairman Teerasak Suwanayos said Bangkok Metropolitan Bank represented a good choice as a strategic partner as the bank currently had no ties with any other asset management firm.
The new initiative would enable KTAM to expand its marketing channels to cover the total of more than 900 branches nationwide operated by both Krung Thai and Bangkok Metropolitan Bank.
