IPO for Bangkok, Thailand, Aviation Fuel Services Is Slated for Late March.

Mar. 1--Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services (Bafs) has scheduled its initial public offering from March 22-28, aiming to raise 500 million baht from the share issue.

According to M.R. Supadis Diskul, Bafs' managing director, the board of directors on Wednesday approved the company's IPO of nine million new shares at a par value of 10 baht apiece.

As a result, the total number of Bafs shares would be increased to 34 million from the current 25 million. National Securities Plc is the underwriter.

According to the latest information sent to the SEC, Bafs will spend 118.53 million baht from the IPO this year to invest ...
