Apr. 6--In a renewed attempt to remove Effective Planners as the administrator of Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc, Prachai Leophairatana claimed yesterday that the Australian firm might not be legally entitled to do business in Thailand.
Mr Prachai said that Effective Planners had lodged its request for certification to do business in Thailand with the Commercial Registration Department, using the corporate seal of Ferrier Hodgson, Effective Planners' parent company, instead of its own corporate seal.
