Apr. 5--Prachai Leophairatana yesterday lost another round in his continuing legal battle with the administrators of Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc, the company from which he was ousted as chief executive.
The Southern Bangkok District Court dismissed a petition filed in April last year by Mr Prachai, claiming that Effective Planners did not have the authority to remove him from his post at the company he founded.
Mr Prachai claimed that at that time of his dismissal he was a member of TPI's management union and an employee committee member.
