Robinson Town Centre developer to replace Aiello-Nardelli Group

SCOTT TOWNSHIP -- Real estate development firm Aiello-Nardelli Group Inc. is expected to lose its grip on The Bourse Shops at Virginia Manor, the upscale retail complex it opened here in 1989.

Knowledgeable sources said Westinghouse Credit Corp., the key lender on the 14-acre project, is bringing in Zamagias Properties to replace Aiello-Nardelli as manager. Zamagias is the developer of the successful Robinson Town Centre complex on the Parkway West, which was partially financed by Westinghouse Credit.

The Bourse Shops has struggled almost since its opening to attract a viable anchor tenant and overcome what some believe to be a less-than-ideal …
