May 1--Previously in this column I wrote about the complications that are often part of the executive search process, how more companies have realised that they need top quality candidates, and how they need to look for them, as well as to treat them, in a professional way. This article will look at the other side of the equation, namely what it takes to make a good candidate -- how to be the kind of person that a headhunter wants to know and, more importantly, wants to send to his or her clients.
