Jun. 3--Nokia, the local leader in the mobile phone market with a share of more than 30 percent, is adjusting its marketing strategy in line with operators' decisions to unlock their network access codes.

Industry analysts have said that the operators' decision could lead to a rise in grey-market handset imports and sales of little-known, low-cost brands.

Shuan Colligan, managing director of Nokia Mobile Phone, said the impact on his company of the IMEI code removal was not yet clear, as the grey market was still quite small compared with total legal sales.
