Jun. 5--CS Communications and Loxley Information Service (Loxinfo) yesterday announced the merger of their Internet businesses to create the country's largest Internet service provider with a 45 percent market share by revenue.
A formal signing of the merger deal is expected within three months. The new entity will be named CS Loxinfo.
CS Communications, the operator of CS Internet, is 99.49 percent owned by Shin Satellite, while Loxley Information Service is a subsidiary of Point Asia Dot Com, in which the trading group Loxley Plc is a shareholder.
