Executives at Work Reorganizing Thai Petrochemical Firm Face Arrest Warrants.

Jul. 3--Arrest warrants have been issued for two executives of Effective Planners, the plan administrator of embattled Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc.
A warrant was issued for Ian Ferrier, president of Ferrier Hodgson, the parent of Effective Planners, for working without a work permit.
The other warrant was issued for Peter Gothard, an Effective Planners executive, for working beyond the scope of his existing work permit.
Both warrants were issued by Thung Maha Mek Police Station and dated June 24.
