Thailand Developer Set to Lift Capital to 7.9 Billion Baht.

Aug. 1--Listed developer Property Perfect Plc plans to seek approval next month from creditors to raise its registered capital to 7.9 billion baht.

The planned capital increase will be done through a conversion of debt for equity in line with the business rehabilitation plan managed by Asian International Planners Co.

Currently, the company's registered capital is 778 million baht.

"We hope we will get a green light from creditors to increase our capital because we have run our day-to-day operations well and we have already gained 800 million baht in sales during the first half of this year," said ...
