Aug. 6--CPN TO DELAY SHARE ALLOCATION: Central Pattana Plc (CPN) is delaying an allocation of six million new shares, as the local stock market is still feeling the negative effects of global market volatility, according to Montree Sornprisal, chief executive of Kim Eng Securities, CPN's lead underwriter.
"We agreed to postpone the planned allocation this month because we wanted to protect retail investors and make sure whether market sentiment was really good," he said.
