Aug. 5--Srithai Superware Plc, the country's largest manufacturer of plastic and melamine tableware, says it expects to pay off all its debts totalling 2.1 billion baht ahead of schedule and to clear all accumulated losses this year.
The company has signed a seven-year syndicated loan agreement with Siam City Bank and Bangkok Bank for 2.4 billion baht, due in 2009, to refinance dollar-dominated debts totalling $64.82 million.
"We expect to repay the baht-denominated debts one to two years ahead of schedule on the back of our business restructuring programme," said group president Sanan Angubolkul.
