Is it time to change careers? Get a degree? Relocate? Maybe you have a job offer but the company is farther away than you want to commute _ will it be worth it?

Yikes. Who knew the work world would involve so many difficult decisions.

You've probably heard that not deciding is also a decision. OK _ but not deciding is not the same as not acting. In fact, strategic nonaction can be very smart, provided it involves target dates and benchmarks for revisiting a decision.

Which will eventually bring you back to the original problem: How will you decide to change careers or relocate or take a job that is farther away than you planned to commute?
