Aug. 24--CONCORDIA, Kan.--If Kansas State University-Salina won't let other institutions offer academic programs to compete in Saline County, Cloud County Community College President George Knox intends to surround it.
The two-year college based in Concordia is reaching out, offering classes in Minneapolis, Ellsworth, Solomon, Abilene, Manhattan (under certain restrictions) and Junction City.
