Aug. 5--ROCKINGHAM, Vt. -- The last surviving piece of the original 1791 Bellows Falls Canal discovered intact under the former TRL paper mill complex is in danger, according to Rockingham Development Director Richard Ewald.
Selectmen approved Ewald's proposal to protect and improve the site for historical purposes and the public during the board's meeting Tuesday night.
