Sep. 6--I recently helped a consultancy workshop for 19 front-line supervisors of a financial institution in six northeastern provinces. I told them that I was in the process of writing a new book on leadership, Motivation and Coaching, and wanted their input for my book.
I had two simple questions for them. The first one: "Thinking about your past experience when the work performance was excellent, what did the boss do (in terms of motivation)?" The answers are below.
