Sep. 2--Telecard Corporation will ask the Justice Ministry's arbitration committee to settle its dispute over a debt of 14 million baht to the Communications Authority of Thailand.
A joint venture between Telemed Corp (74 percent), and the CAT (26 percent), Telecard had asked the CAT to accept repayment of the debt over four months, claiming the company had been treated harshly by the state agency.
