Aug. 4--K-Tech Construction Plc is preparing to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the end of the month.

The construction and engineering company has appointed Ploenchit Advisory as its financial adviser for its planned initial public offering of 50 million shares at a par value of one baht each. Another four million warrants will be offered to directors and employees, with the IPO subscription period set for Aug 23 and 24.

Lead underwriter Ayudhya Securities expects the shares to be priced at six to eight baht each. Total funds raised from the issue are projected at 300 million to 400 million baht.
