Aug. 4--Libra Litecrete (Thailand) Co, a Thai-Australian contractor, is banking on the property market boom, which spurs construction activities that rely primarily on innovative technology to speed up work.
The company is now investing US$35 million (1.4 billion baht) to build a production complex on 200 rai of land in Saraburi, due to start producing pre-fabricated building components using the technology of Litecrete Industries from Australia early next year.
