Aug. 4--The Consumer Protection Board (CPB) will soon start investigating complaints lodged by some members of the public about allegedly misleading and confusing information contained in the advertisements of the country's three low-cost airlines, especially on fares.
Acting on 10 or so complaints, the agency will next week invite representatives from Sky Asia Co, the operator of Nok Air; Thai AirAsia Co; and Orient Thai Airlines, which runs One-Two-Go, to explain their advertisements.
