Human resources consulting firm Lee Hecht Harrison says the number of people switching jobs has increased for the fourth consecutive quarter.
Lee Hecht Harrison executive vice president Bernadette Kenny told Workforce Management magazine that she attributes the uptick to the better economy. "Now with the recovery making slow but steady strides and new jobs opening up, more workers seem emboldened to make a move."
