Aug. 2--Most entrepreneurs start new businesses by learning how to make a product and then learning how to sell it. But C-Mix Universal Co, a three-year-old food processing company, has taken the opposite approach.
Its founders had the management and marketing skills but needed production know-how, which they acquired with the help of local science research agencies.
As a result, C-Mix has managed to develop its own recipes for organic bread spreads and seasoning sauces with only 80,000 baht in initial investment.
