Thai developer Krungthep Land enters joint venture with Singapore firm.

Aug. 2--Local developer Krungthep Land Co Ltd, a subsidiary of listed developer Property Perfect Plc, has entered into a joint venture with Singapore developer Centrepoint Properties to tap the booming real estate business in Thailand.
The joint venture, Riverside Home Development Co, has registered capital of one billion baht with Krungthep Land and Centrepoint Properties each controlling 49 percent of the company. The remaining 2 percent is held by Thai individuals.
