Aug. 2--The local marketer of Giffarine cosmetics is gearing up to penetrate more international markets, both through retail distribution and by functioning as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for international cosmetic brand owners.
The ultimate goal is to enter as many international markets as possible, in order to establish Giffarine as a global cosmetic brand, said Juckrapong Paiboon, vice-president of Giffarine Skyline Unity Co.
Of the 2.16 billion baht earned by the company last year, about 10 percent came from exports, he said.
